Dry Heat: Sauna
A dry sauna, also known as a traditional sauna or Finnish sauna, is a room or enclosure designed to produce dry heat.
Each Member may enjoy the Sauna ONCE per day. Each session is 30 minutes and set by a timer on the Sauna wall. Temperatures are pre-set and may get as hot as 150 to 180F by then end of the timer. Since this is a dry sauna, the rocks will retain heat well after the timer and power goes off.
