Although I am fairly new to KY Gym, I am thoroughly satisfied. They have a wide variety of equipment as well as extras like the Cold Plunge, Steam Showers, and my favorite, a dry Sauna. Great gym. There are always a few people there, so it doesn't feel empty. But I've never seen it crowded, and I rarely wait for a station. Staff and friendly and helpful.

Two small criticisms: They got rid of their leg abductor machine, and it's not clear when it will be replaced. And the sauna works, but it's slower to heat up than ones I'm used to.

But those are small issues, and given the monthly rate and no hassle contract, I still give Kentucky Gym 5 stars. Highly recommended.
