Although I am fairly new to KY Gym, I am thoroughly satisfied. They have a wide variety of equipment as well as extras like the Cold Plunge, Steam Showers, and my favorite, a dry Sauna. The staff is knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming, and the facilities are immaculate. If you are looking for a gym to call home, I suggest you check them out.
