Love it so far

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Kentucky Gym. The building is spacious, clean, and well-thought-out. I appreciate how kind and respectful everyone is. As a woman, feeling safe and supported is necessary; the members and staff do such a great job at this. Overall, it’s my favorite gym I’ve ever attended, and I’ve been going to gyms all over the world for over 20 years!

Great equipment, great layout, great services, helpful and friendly staff. Hands down the best gym I’ve ever joined.

Great little gym with everything you'll need to get big or stay in shape. Steam sauna, ice bath, it has it all!

Really impressed with the ambience and friendly staff. The equipment is always nice and clean.

This is the best gym I've been to I take to classes over here on Mondays and wedensday I take boxing with instructor Bubba it's awesome !!!! And I take boot camp with whitney she's amazing with her class and very helpful and the kind and patient with they work with you if need be and the classes for me or convient in the evening and we have fun !!!!
