  Excellent space to build and recover. The determining factor was the cold plunge and steam shower for after care. So if you want to get a good workout 24/7  and have contrast therapy 9am-9pm this is the place for you.

OPEN 24 HOURS

We have brought the same concept that earned us the 2024 Best Gym In Lexington from the Herald Leader to Nicholasville. We have that great “old school” vibe along with curated equipment that include free weights, machines, deadlifts, squat racks, tread mills, ellipticals, bikes, sauna, cold plunge, boxing classes, HIIT group fitness classes, and so much more. And its open 24 hours a day for members. Come visit us during staffed hours of 11 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.

We have literally TONS of dumbbells and free weights along with all kinds of adjustable and fixed benches. Incline, Decline, Seated and more. We have Ivanco, Troy, and GP

Our facility has a long history of serving Nicholasville.

This space was first developed into an amazing gym and fitness center in 2009 and was known as TammCor Fitness. TammCor built and created the floor plan that is very much still the same today and was very successful until the owners retired in 2014. Another gym stepped in and kept the equipment and operation going under a different name and made some great upgrades to the space until 2024 when they moved on to a new facility that they just built. We are happy to carry the torch for this special space and will continue to provide exceptional fitness services to Nicholasville.
