No, we do not have any day care. We recommend the YMCA which does have day care.
You will need a valid Driver License. We verify the identity of every person coming into our gym. Its one of the reasons why we are the safest gym to work out in. If you are under 18 and dont have a driver’s license yet, then we can use your smart phone to view your Infinite Campus account to verify your identity and your age.
The minimum age is 16. We get asked all the time if we can go younger if the child works out with an adult, however we have a strict policy of 16 and up.
No, membership does not include visitor passes. You may not bring a guest as they will not have signed a liability waiver which is key to keeping a 24 hour gym that is not always staffed operational. We do have day passes but those are ONLY available during staff hours. We never allow NON Members in our gym without staff present. This is also for the safety of our other members.
We just have individual plans. Since we do not have annual dues, sign up fees, key fob fees, really any other fees, we are usually very competitive and even less expense that some other gyms’ family plans.
Yes! You can go to ANY of our Central Kentucky Locations! Its all included.
All classes are included. Each membership level has a set number of class passes that you can use each month for any class at any location.
We make is easy! All you need to do is open your App and scroll down to memberships and click on the Cancel button.
How NOT to cancel. The following methods will not result in a membership cancellation:
- Simply not going to the gym
- Your charge doesn’t go through on your debt or credit card
Everything from Energy Drinks, Sports Supplements, Shakers, Shirts, etc can all be purchased 24 hours a day right from your App. Plus you receive 10 percent off all purchases through your App.
We do not have personal trainers on staff. Our friendly staff are always available to help you learn how to use a machine or any piece of equipment. If you would like a private trainer, we do have some names of some great trainers in town that we can refer you to.
