 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Although I am fairly new to KY Gym, I am thoroughly satisfied. They have a wide variety of equipment as well as extras like the Cold Plunge, Steam Showers, and my favorite, a dry Sauna. The staff is knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming, and the facilities are immaculate. If you are looking for a gym to call home, I suggest you check them out. You won't be sorry.

We have that great “old school” vibe along with curated equipment that include free weights, machines, deadlifts, squat racks, tread mills, ellipticals, bikes, sauna, cold plunge, boxing classes, HIIT group fitness classes, and so much more. And its open 24 hours a day for members.

Non Members may visit and get a tour during our staffed hours.
