Bubba is a former Super Heavy Weight Boxer, Wrestler and a Black Belt in Karate. He brings a real-world flavor to his boxing classes that focus on proper technique, power, defense, great combinations and cardio.
Major
HIIT/Boot Camps
Major is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Natural Body Building Competitor. His Classes focus on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and has a fun class that features several rotating stations of different movements and exercises.
Lauren
Yoga/Pilates
Lauren is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor by the AFAA since 2014. She has always had a deep love and intense passion for Yoga and Pilates. Pilates gives you a powerful base so you can move more freely during your yoga practice.
Madison
Boxing
Madison is your Boxing and Kickboxing Instructor on Thursday nights at the Lexington gym! She has been kickboxing and working at gyms for years and is excited to merge these two experiences in her new classes!
