Kaitlyn is a certified personal trainer and Mat Pilates teacher. Kaitlyn enjoys helping clients focus on strength training, flexibility and overall a healthier lifestyle.She is also a National Qualifier in Women’s Physique Body Building where she earned the title of Mrs.Kentucky in 2024 for Women’s Physique.

Madison is your Boxing and Kickboxing Instructor on Thursday nights at the Lexington gym! She has been kickboxing and working at gyms for years and is excited to merge these two experiences in her new classes!

I have been boxing/ kickboxing for fun for about 8 years. I was first introduced to it through a life group from a church I attended. I have been so blessed to have found a passion for not only this but staying active in the gym, meeting new people and developing life altering friendships.
