Canceling your Membership is Easy!

We hate to see you go but we made it EASY to leave so that you will want to come back!

Unlike other gyms that have a complicated and convoluted process.  Ours takes 5 seconds.

All you need to do is open your Gym Master app.  Then click the upper left hand menu, scroll down to Memberships and then click cancel!  EASY.

Things to to know: 

• Each membership level has a MINIMUM term.  We do not lock anyone into an annual contract, but the minimum term for membership is 3 months.
• You MAY NOT cancel prior to 3 months regardless of reason as we have traded you a lower monthly rate in exchange for minimum guaranty of 3 months of payments from you.  For example, a one month rate is $59 but we lower that to $29 for a min 3 month contract.
• You don’t need to come in, you just do it in your Gym Master app.
• Canceling your membership DOES NOT remove any outstanding balances owed.
• Stopping payment on your debt or credit card does NOT cancel your membership.
• Simply not going to the gym does NOT cancel your membership.  
• No one can call in on your behalf to cancel.  ONLY the member may cancel.
• Since we do not have any annual dues, maintenance fees, key fob fees, etc we do require 15 days notice.  So if your next bill is due on the 10th and you cancel on the 1st, then you will be billed for that month but then you will not be billed after that.
